culinary experience combined with innovative approaches to food preparation.
The program is designed to show how food can support a radiant level of healthy living and includes
all aspects of plant-based, natural foods cooking. Our program will empower you with the skills and
knowledge that will last a lifetime!
You will learn the many aspects of whole foods cooking, including, knife skills, kitchen organization,
food shopping, storage and preparation of grains, vegetables, beans, and plant-based proteins. Each month
we will also include raw foods, vegan baking, sauces, dressings and condiments, as well as nourishing
soups and stews. Joyce will also demonstrate the all important art of food plating and creative garnishing.
